Shipping and Returns

Due to the ease of reproduction there will be no refund on patterns, unless there is an error on the part of Buttonhole Quilt Design, in which case it will be exchanged for the proper one.

Finished products will be accepted post marked within 15 days of delivery. These items must be returned undamaged. Please enclose a copy of your invoice and ensure that the products are packaged safely. In most cases store credit will be given for the same amount as the item. Shipping fees are not refundable. Please contact us before returning any products.

We are not responsible for items that are undeliverable due to incorrect addresses. Please make sure to double check your shipping address during check out.

All items are shipped using standard delivery from Canada Post and it's affiliates. To arrange for alternate shipping methods not handled by our automatic system, please contact us before placing your order.

When you make a purchase from our site, you will need to provide us with some personal information. We use this information to process your orders and to update you on the status of your order.

While every effort is made to ensure accuracy in pricing and descriptions, we reserve the right to correct errors and omissions - including those for orders already placed and/or paid for. Under these circumstances, customers who have placed orders for items with significant errors or omissions in the price and/or descriptions will be notified by email and will have the option to proceed with the purchase at the regular price or cancel their order. In some instances, at our sole discretion, we may offer special pricing where errors have occurred.
